Dr. Mark has been my optometrist for a few years now and I’ve never had a bad experience with him or any of the staff here. The front desk ladies are all very informative and friendly, and Vicki goes above and beyond with the patients to ensure they have everything they need when they walk out the door! I cannot recommend this establishment enough to anyone looking for a home base for their eye care :)
Everyone at this location in Richmond, Michigan were amazingly helpful and seem to really care and helped me a great deal picking out my glasses and my sunglasses. Hard to do when you can't see. Anyways. Thanks so much everyone. I appreciate it. I will be back to this location!!!
Doctor and staff were great! Immediately felt comfortable and doc was down to earth not stuffy like some can be. I will continue to be treated here for my eye health in the future.
