Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the shop itself is bright and inviting so there is no worry about being intimidated by your surroundings (especially if it is your first tattoo!). Everything is as clean and sterile as it gets, and their prices are very fair. They put a lot of effort into custom designs as well, so you aren't getting the same flip book image that 100 other people have.
