Chroma was very clean and the staff was very attentive. My daughter had her ears pierced and there was great attention to detail. The only thing I would advise everyone is to pay attention to the breakdown of your services vs purchases. Everything was rung up together and I was asked to tip at that point. I tipped generously and realized, once home, I tipped on the piercing as well as the purchase of 3 earrings, that were far from inexpensive and saline spray. 100% my fault for not asking for the breakdown.Service: Ear piercing

The experience was extremely friendly and professional. The artists were super friendly and fun to talk to, the shop itself had a really awesome atmosphere and it was super comfortable being there. My fiancé and I got wedding band tattoos done there and they turned out really well we love them!!
