What an amazing piercing team. From the time I initially called, all the way through my piercing experience and paying my bill. Customer service is second to none. Kind, personable, friendly, experienced and educated. This is a "full" service shop. Cleanliness was priority, comfort and informative every step of the way. My nose was a re-piercing. They explained the difference between their procedures, verses my previous piercer. And why they chose to do things the way they do. Had my nose pierced this last October. The woman there was extremely professional and knew exactly what I wanted. Very clean and sterile and my piercing is wonderful! Looking forward to having it changed out to a ring when I can. Highly recommend eternal for body piercing!

Took my daughter to get her nose pierced. Brooke was amazing. She made sure everything was sterile and clean. She answered all of my questions without hesitation. I love the way she took precautions. Very pleased with our experience. Would definitely recommend this place.
