He was very professional and polite. He was also very knowledgeable and experienced. The shop sits on a corner. There's no parking lot so you had to park on the street. The inside of the business was clean and each vendor inside of the business has its own private suite so you are secluded from other customers. They make you feel right at home there. Everyone was so nice and very welcoming. Not to mention my tattoo is AMAZING! I do have to go back in 2 weeks for my second session but I highly recommend lucky and House of inkk as a whole!
