Excalibur Heating & Cooling is a small business with exceptional professionalism, knowledge, service, and pricing. Keith is a great guy and a go to heating guy. Customers are very pleased with the company. They were quick to respond, fit customers into the schedule, and resolved issues quickly. The company quickly came out and got a 20 year furnace back up and running. In another case, a furnace was not installed correctly by a contractor that was no longer in business. A technician came out, was extremely polite, fixed all the problems, and ran several cycles to make sure the problem was fixed. They also replaced an existing furnace with a new Luxaire for a very good price and installed it quickly. When a snake got electrocuted in an A/C unit and killed the compressor, they obtained a replacement unit and had it installed within days. They prioritized clients based on needs. Customers would highly recommend Excalibur to anyone looking for a professional to get the job done.
Very pleased! We had our A/C go out and had family visiting that week and really needed it fixed. They were quick to respond and fit us into the schedule and resolve the issue before our family arrived. If we have any more heating/cooling needs, I will be calling them.
I received the information on this company from a friend in the winter when my gas forced air furnace went out. They quickly came out and got my 20 year furnace back up and running after troubleshooting a simple fix. Then in the spring another furnace issue arose during a sudden cold spell. This time we had them replace our existing furnace with a new Luxaire. The price was very good and it was installed quickly. I called Keith when my mom's furnace was not working properly when temperatures were in single digits. The furnace was not installed correctly in October 2023 by a contractor that was no longer in business. It was cold out and temp was dropping fast. Keith had his technician - Ron came out to the house in the early afternoon. Ron was extremely polite and not only fixed all the problems he ran several cycles to make sure the problem was fixed.
