3 feathers caulked, painted all of our exterior wood trim and sofits to give us a fresh new look on our new home and to keep the wood from damaging rot. We wanted to go a little darker but was nervous it would look odd being different from our gutters, but they did a test spot and I'm glad they did because we love the offset color. They will be back in the fall to take care of finish job inside our garage.
Suburban Installers recently completed a job for our Association that involved a complete well replacement. Our well system is regulated by EGLE (State of MI) and the requirements are onerous. Due to the bureaucratic requirements, the job took over a year to complete vs. a matter of days or weeks for a typical residence. I can't speak highly enough about the owner of Suburban Installers - the commitment to assisting us with the red tape was outstanding and the work was excellent.

Provided a little instruction in dry stone walling initially - and then their enthusiastic team went on to build 3 beautiful sections of freestanding wall . They also built several demanding "special features" called wall heads. Very lovely work and a joy-filled and inspired team to work with !

In January my septic was backing up in my house.I called allemon who I have used before and they came out the next day. They informed me when I called that everyone was having problems because of our especially wet weather.I had a feeling my field was failing but was not sure.2 weeks later I had them come back out and it was overfull again.They referred me to some excavation companies and were very helpful and informative. I have used them since I moved in my home 22 years ago and would highly recommend them to anyone with septic needs!!
These guys did a great job on my concrete work. They were punctual, fair and very professional. I had a substantial full foundation with block work and 6" slab over insulation and radiant tubing. I will recommend them to anyone.
