“The service we received from our tech, John, was outstanding!! We had a different company work on our house about 5 years ago and it did not take care of our bat problem. John was on time, did a thorough analysis of our house and a few days later spent the entire afternoon and early evening fixing our problem…on a Sunday!. Not only did we have bats, we also had flying squirrels! His work was clean and professional. He cleaned up the area once he was done and then took the time to explain everything he did. We have a 2 year warranty on his work and he will be back in a couple months to make sure our bat/squirrel problem is gone. I can’t recommend John and Northern Pests more highly!!!“
