I had a problem with bats in my home and Northern Pest did an excellent job of explaining and fixing the problem. There are not very many companies that take care of removing bats in the Upper Peninsula. Northern Pest was highly professional, provided me with a detailed quote/estimate of services, and even pictures of where the bats were coming in and out. When the final exit traps were taken down I wasn't at home - but was still notified via a door tag. Those small details do really come into play with the overall experience I had with them. They also ended up being much more affordable than what I was quoted by the competitor. I would return to them if I had any other pest needs.Service: Bat extermination

Pam does a great job, and she listens to what you want done. I was pleased with my experience, and have referred family and friends there. Since recently moving to this area, I've tried many other salons, but this is by far the best I've found. The owner, Pam, goes out of her way to be available -after normal working hours of 5:00pm and occasional weekends, which NO ONE else here does that I have found. I will be making this my regular hair salon.
