I had a problem with bats in my home and Northern Pest did an excellent job of explaining and fixing the problem. There are not very many companies that take care of removing bats in the Upper Peninsula. Northern Pest was highly professional, provided me with a detailed quote/estimate of services, and even pictures of where the bats were coming in and out. When the final exit traps were taken down I wasn't at home - but was still notified via a door tag. Those small details do really come into play with the overall experience I had with them. They were quickly responsive to my initial questions. They provided guidance on how and when to best address the carpenter ants that were exploring my home to prevent them from eating my home. They are great educators on the creepy crawlies! I appreciated the frequent texts and emails to keep up to date with plans. Mike who applied the treatment, arrived as expected and completed the job efficiently. Thanks so much!
Ron and Jesse are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in their field. Not only was the problem resolved, but they automatically refresh the traps, at our request, so it’s one less task to take care of. They are thorough in educating their customers on proper placement and how the system works. They have completely eliminated our rodent problem for good.
