My water heater decided to die and leak everywhere - on a Saturday evening no less. Scott came over after hours and checked it out and emptied the water heater to stop the leaking. A few days later, the install took about half a day (since I decided tankless there was more drilling and mounting). AMS also worked with me on a no interest payment plan directly to them, which was helpful and a relief since it was an unwanted surprise.
