I want to express my sincere appreciation to David at AMS Heating and Cooling. When I couldn’t get anyone else to help me with my air conditioning, David came out and took the time to thoroughly inspect the problem.
Working through a warranty issue can be frustrating, but David went above and beyond. He even climbed onto my roof and carefully troubleshot the system. In the end, there was nothing seriously wrong with the unit itself, but he was able to identify what was causing my air conditioner to trip the breaker.
His expertise and dedication probably saved me thousands of dollars, and for that, I am truly grateful.
I highly recommend David...read full review
My water heater decided to die and leak everywhere - on a Saturday evening no less. Scott came over after hours and checked it out and emptied the water heater to stop the leaking. A few days later, the install took about half a day (since I decided tankless there was more drilling and mounting). AMS also worked with me on a no interest payment plan directly to them, which was helpful and a relief since it was an unwanted surprise.
Have nothing but respect for AMS, the staff is very friendly, extremely efficient. Took the time to listen to my concerns and didn’t pressure me into anything. Also quick to respond and get the job done. Highly recommended
