Our water stopped running a few days ago and our plumber told us we needed a new well pump. We called a few places and they all wanted to come out that day and put a new well pump in. Not one of them even suggested anything else until we called Steve. He suggested that it was more likely that a line was frozen. He came out the next morning, located the water line AND found were the line was frozen. He went WAY above and beyond to help. He did everything to make sure our water was running and stayed for a while to be sure we had no more problems. Customer for life. Highly recommend Steve.

We called Gary's Heating Service when our furnace went out at 9:30 on a Saturday night in February. Gary's was at our house within a half hour to check it out. Unfortunately, nothing could be done to fix it so we had to wait until Monday to get a new one. Gary's was back at our house first thing Monday to install a new furnace. They were knowledgeable and respectful. Fair prices and excellent service!
Woke up Saturday with no water. Called DWD and by noon they had replaced the pump and we had water. We're very happy with their prompt response.

We've worked with Grant a number of times over the years with different houses, and as long as he is around, he is our go-to. Great experience. Got me in same day, everyone was super friendly. Even paying out of pocket it was extremely reasonable. They charged me $80 to remove a foreign body from my eye, while LO eyecare in grand ledge wanted to charge $200-400. Good, honest people.

Love this place! Flower arrangements are always so beautiful and full! I live in Lansing but this my go-to spot for any and all occasions that I have come up. The shop is so cute and has lots of great gifts other than flowers so if you get a chance to stop in, it’s a treat to shop around. If you can’t stop in their delivery services are prompt and their staff is so professional and super sweet. This is a wonderfully run small business.
