We have used Michigan Steel and Trim on 3 separate jobs. Everyone we have talked to have been very knowledgeable on all their products. Bids have been returned in a reasonable amount of time and it covers all materials needed. We picked up one package from the factory and that experience was very smooth and we received plenty of help loading. The other packages were delivered and the drivers were also very helpful. Over all experiences were very positive. Products have been superior to some others we have used. We will use them again in the future.
We dealt with Jennifer B. @ Michigan Steel and Trim. Let me just say, the customer service was outstanding! She was very attentive and responsive. She followed our order through to delivery. We also had a last minute change to an already placed order and she was able to get it added on to the existing order before it left the warehouse.Highly recommend this place!
Michigan steel and trim exceeded my expectations on price and timeframe. They delivered exactly when they projected the order to be done and it was correct. Brooke and the team were very friendly and willing to help with all questions and odd orders. Highly recommend.
