Are you married and your husband isn’t mechanically inclined or too busy to deal with a plumbing issue at the house and you need a plumber who is honest, efficient & provides exceptional customer service with great pricing? Wayne @ Modern Sewer & Drain Cleaning is the man for the job! I had a toilet that wouldn’t flush & already gone to Home Depot, purchased some Green Goblin and a toilet auger - I just couldn’t get the darn thing to flush. I called another plumbing company and asked them to come out & look at it. That company charged me a $69 service fee & the technician called & told me it would be $225 for a toilet auger & the price would go up from there. I also asked him to take a look at a shower that had no water coming out of it. He said he would charge me $500 to tear out the wall to diagnose the issue, wasn’t responsible for putting the wall back together & the price would go up from there. I told him no thanks and hung up. I went back to Home Depot to pick up some supplies when a female employee started talking to me. She asked what I was working on & I mentioned the plumber I had spoken with earlier in the day. She mentioned she had an exceptional plumbing company that has done work at her home for several years; Modern Sewer & Drain Cleaning & looked up the number while we stood in the aisle. I am forever grateful for her. Wayne was out there the next day, got the job done, sent me photographs of what the issue was & at an exceptional price. Bonus: He is a class act & a pleasure to work with. I will be a client for life & have recommended him to everyone I know.

We interrupted Wayne in his garden on a beautiful sunny Saturday (sorry) with an emergency plumbing issue. Every time we flushed or used our sinks, our basement was flooding. He was quick to respond and had it fixed in less than an hour. I can't even imagine what his competition would have charged and tried to upsell. Fast, friendly and efficient! Thanks, Wayne!
