Simply Decks crew headed by Justin and Bill did a great job replacing our deck. Justin offered many good options during the design process. Bill and his crew were very polite and professional. They worked long hours, communicated well and regularly with us, kept the workspace neat and confirmed our choices at every turn. They cleaned up thoroughly and put our furniture back on the deck at the end. Justin gave us many good tips about maintenance, how to avoid damage and specific information about the be warranty. We are extremely satisfied with the workmanship and the reliability of the staff at Simply Decks and would recommend them to others.
WOW! Is my first response. I sent an email and within an hour Justin called. We set up a time to discuss a new front porch. He was very professional and not a pushy sales person. He brought supplies for us to see. It was the easiest way to get the processes started. But when Bill and his crew arrived to start (the hottest week in Michigan) they tore down and put back up a beautiful front porch. They did a great job with the clean up. Thank you guys! The biggest compliment besides the owners was from our inspector. 👍
