“I cannot recommend Thrive enough for your PT needs. Everyone at Thrive goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals while understanding those vary per person. I went to them with two very different sports injuries in the past year - with each, I had different goals to return to my baseline. I worked with almost all of the staff there at some point, and each made sure to customize exercises to my capabilities at that point in my recovery, help me understand what I needed to do to maintain the progress I made, and exercises I could do when I was finished with PT.
