I have been suffering from Achilles tendinitis for many months. I am a life long tennis player and a recent uptick in my activity had it very aggravated with no end in sight. I walked into John’s office hobbling and limping from the pain - he immediately identified that my tight calf muscles could be the reason for the pain. He worked on them and provided feedback to ensure I was comfortable. Upon leaving the office I felt better but the next morning I was virtually pain free!
