I love great customer service! The gal that made my appointment was so friendly and happy! I received a confirmation text, updates in the morning via text then a call from the tech Doug they were in route. Once here they were very professional and courteous. I have dealt with Doug before and he really is a great team member!

I had used them for carpet cleaning so I called to have my furniture cleaned. Scheduling the appointment was quick, easy and I knew the cost up front, even got a discount. I received notice of when they were on the way so I could go about my day. They were friendly, professional and did a great job cleaning my furniture. I will use them again for any carpet and furniture cleaning needs in the future.

I called in for a quote on air duct cleaning, this was the 3rd place I had called. I worked as Senior Recruiter for Thornton and Grooms and have hired at least 50 Customer Service Reps and Keith by far is the best I have encountered. He was like taking to someone who knew me, he connected, showed care and candor. He should train all your call center reps. Most of all he is authentic, that means something today.
