Super friendly from the time I called to get information, to booking my apt, and when they showed up and provided the cleaning services and left. Prices are very reasonable and have added choices for carpet cleaning based on your needs. With 4 pets in our home, I was so thankful with how my carpets tuelrned out!! Highly recommend!! We recently had our windows replaced, some even expanded and we couldn’t be happier with the quality job Howe did! Our windows were the originals from when our house was built 60 years ago and well over due for a facelift. We extended the bedroom windows from 36” to 53”, replaced our front picture window and had a new privacy window added in our shower. Crew was efficient, respectful and didn’t leave a single bread crumb behind. Gary was quick to get us on schedule before our new baby arrives because one of the windows that needed expanded was in the nursery. Thanks guys for going above and beyond!!

Sally was fabulous to work with -- flexible and responsive to our needs when planning for HS senior photos. She understood our daughter's style immediately and provided enough great pics for every senior Sunday! We loved receiving digital files to use for whatever we needed (like a graduatio party banner.) And her pricing was more than competitive. Can't say enough!

Highly recommend Rick for all things furnace and A/C. He maintained my dad's oil burning furnace at his cottage on Schnauble Lake for years. He's installed our replacement furnance a couple years ago. He just finished replacement of our home A/C. He's efficient and his service costs are very affordable.

Josh and his team did a wonderful job painting the interior of our home. There was even an issue that came up which was outside of their control and they resolved the issue quickly and with great customer service.

Even though my job is small in comparison to their large customers they treated me with respect and were very professional. They followed up very quickly as we worked through the details by phone and email.As if this writing we have not produced a part yet but I have no doubt they will deliver a quality part in a reasonable time. My family lost everything we had to a fire. Bri is the best massage therapist ever! I have gone to her for years for my issues and when I moved to Traverse City, no one else could achieve the same level of medical massage I needed for my hip and back. I was so excited to move back and have her services again! My husband now also sees her for TBI and she has helped relief so much of his pain and migraines. Highly recommend!!!!
This store employees have always been helpful to me. The manager of the flooring department even came all the way to my house to bring the flooring in when I couldn't .I love that there restrooms are always clean.
I woke up to the ringing of a smoke alarm and a fire caused by a sump pump in my basement today. The Richland police and Fire Department responded to my 911 call quickly and put out the fire. So did the good people at Laws Electric. Within a few hours they had an electrician at my house to restore power to my furnace and house. They literally saved me from the aggravation and expense of finding a place to stay for the night. They’ve earned my business in the future if I need electrical work. Five stars!
I called in for a quote on air duct cleaning, this was the 3rd place I had called. I worked as Senior Recruiter for Thornton and Grooms and have hired at least 50 Customer Service Reps and Keith by far is the best I have encountered. He was like taking to someone who knew me, he connected, showed care and candor. He should train all your call center reps. Most of all he is authentic, that means something today.

Had my brows micro bladed by Aimee, the best experience ever! She listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions! Felt so confident after talking with her and knew I made the right choice in getting my brows done here! She did such an amazing job! I cannot believe how natural my brows look! Wish I would have done it sooner!
Above and beyond! I locked my keys in my car and came in to see if I could use a phone. The three young ladies in there jumped into action and got a tow truck for me. They even came out to the parking lot to deliver a message from the tow truck driver!! If they took that good of care of me just being a stranded motorist- imagine if I was an eye customer!! Great customer service and I'm not even a customer yet!

Don't walk, RUN. Run far from this business. I WAS a happy customer for 5 years, starting at the Allegan location. I had an issue just the one time. I bought a month tanning package, barely got tan. Spent $69 on lotion. When I used the stand up the one time, I got some great color. I showered the next day and the tan washed right off. Never in my years of tanning have I had this happen. I brought the issue to the Manager, she told me she would talk with the owner and get back to me. She never got back to me. I tried calling and went into the salon several times to resolve this issue. I messaged on both of the locations Facebook account. Didn't even receive a response. Called again and caught the owner when she answered the phone, and she said she was aware about everything that had happened. She had not contacted me at all, though. It took me TWO WEEKS to actually hear from the owner, only because I had called yet again. She agreed to meet up with me the next day in person. The next day, she messages me from her personal Facebook account saying she has to reschedule for later that day. I get there, and she arrives 15 minutes late. She then spends the next hour telling me how this whole experience is my fault because of my "make up" of my body. She was rude, disrespectful, and could careless anything that I had to say. She was beyond unprofessional. She didn't talk to me like a customer, nor did she treat me with any respect whatsoever. She was so unkind it was to the point where I was almost in tears. I would never treat another person that way, and definitely not treat a customer that way. Clearly I have wasted hundreds of dollars with this "business." The most unprofessional and beyond rude owners of a business that I have ever dealt with.
Oliver came to our family as a surrender because we had his sister. The breeder was hoping we could rehab him die to aggression. We brought him here 3 days after getting him and he ended up needing emergency surgery as him scrotum was the size of a tennis ball. The doc here said there was something more than sudden onset of aggression and decided to do emergency surgery where they found severe infection. He has been neutered and treated. He is a different dog and there is no aggression at all. So happy this vet took my concerns seriously and acted swiftly.

We had Frank as our preparer. We've had different people in the 10 plus yrs we've been going there. We've never had any problems, everything was done correctly. Every question we had we received an answer that we understood. We'd highly recommend these people. There rates are reasonable too.

We have taken our dog here for years and the new Veterinarian was able to quickly diagnose his issues and remedies suggested worked. The staff really care deeply about the pets ? and the people that visit. Our dog is now in his final stages and they have been nothing short of compassionate. We could choose to bring in a vet to our home to assist with his final day but we know our dog loves our vet family and will be loved and calmed when he lets us know it's time.
