All of the workers were kind and courteous while around the home and the work seems to be of good quality. The only issue there was, was that communication between the office and myself was poor. There was no update on timeline other than right before the project was supposed to start, which was months out from the contract date. Also when the project didn't start, no one called or said why. I had to call to see what was happening. Now a week and a half after the "completion" of the project, there still has no been a final walk around and there are still supplies and a dumpster in my yard.
Not only did Ryan do an amazing job cleaning my carpets he is very friendly and efficient! I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out and will definitely use him again in the future.
Highly recommend!! We recently had our windows replaced, some even expanded and we couldn’t be happier with the quality job Howe did! Our windows were the originals from when our house was built 60 years ago and well over due for a facelift. We extended the bedroom windows from 36” to 53”, replaced our front picture window and had a new privacy window added in our shower. Crew was efficient, respectful and didn’t leave a single bread crumb behind. Gary was quick to get us on schedule before our new baby arrives because one of the windows that needed expanded was in the nursery. Thanks guys for going above and beyond!!

Sally was fabulous to work with -- flexible and responsive to our needs when planning for HS senior photos. She understood our daughter's style immediately and provided enough great pics for every senior Sunday! We loved receiving digital files to use for whatever we needed (like a graduatio party banner.) And her pricing was more than competitive. Can't say enough!

Highly recommend Rick for all things furnace and A/C. He maintained my dad's oil burning furnace at his cottage on Schnauble Lake for years. He's installed our replacement furnance a couple years ago. He just finished replacement of our home A/C. He's efficient and his service costs are very affordable.

Josh and his team did a wonderful job painting the interior of our home. There was even an issue that came up which was outside of their control and they resolved the issue quickly and with great customer service.
Even though my job is small in comparison to their large customers they treated me with respect and were very professional. They followed up very quickly as we worked through the details by phone and email.As if this writing we have not produced a part yet but I have no doubt they will deliver a quality part in a reasonable time. I would have no hesitation to recommend them to others.

I called in for a quote on air duct cleaning, this was the 3rd place I had called. I worked as Senior Recruiter for Thornton and Grooms and have hired at least 50 Customer Service Reps and Keith by far is the best I have encountered. He was like taking to someone who knew me, he connected, showed care and candor. He should train all your call center reps. Most of all he is authentic, that means something today.

Above and beyond! I locked my keys in my car and came in to see if I could use a phone. The three young ladies in there jumped into action and got a tow truck for me. They even came out to the parking lot to deliver a message from the tow truck driver!! If they took that good of care of me just being a stranded motorist- imagine if I was an eye customer!! Great customer service and I'm not even a customer yet!

Don't walk, RUN. Run far from this business. I WAS a happy customer for 5 years, starting at the Allegan location. I had an issue just the one time. I bought a month tanning package, barely got tan. Spent $69 on lotion. When I used the stand up the one time, I got some great color. I showered the next day and the tan washed right off. Never in my years of tanning have I had this happen. I brought the issue to the Manager, she told me she would talk with the owner and get back to me. She never got back to me. I tried calling and went into the salon several times to resolve this issue. I messaged on both of the locations Facebook account. Didn't even receive a response. Called again and caught the owner when she answered the phone, and she said she was aware about everything that had happened. She had not contacted me at all, though. It took me TWO WEEKS to actually hear from the owner, only because I had called yet again. She agreed to meet up with me the next day in person. The next day, she messages me from her personal Facebook account saying she has to reschedule for later that day. I get there, and she arrives 15 minutes late. She then spends the next hour telling me how this whole experience is my fault because of my "make up" of my body. She was rude, disrespectful, and could careless anything that I had to say. She was beyond unprofessional. She didn't talk to me like a customer, nor did she treat me with any respect whatsoever. She was so unkind it was to the point where I was almost in tears. I would never treat another person that way, and definitely not treat a customer that way. Clearly I have wasted hundreds of dollars with this "business." The most unprofessional and beyond rude owners of a business that I have ever dealt with.
The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.. My dog can be somewhat difficult, yet he gets the best care possible..
The fine crew at companion veterinarian, did a good job at making my pet and myself very comfortable in that environment. Truly professionals in every sense of the word.
