“Grace was phenomenal. I have been getting lash lifts for a couple of years and am very impressed with the service. She educated me in such a nice way and didn't belittle me for not knowing what I didn't know. I had originally came in for an appointment and she told me my lashes were over- processed from my last lift and recommended that I try castor oil. This meant a lot to me because she could've easily messed up my lashes and taken my money but she didn't. The castor oil was a game changer and my lashes are healthier than ever. I came back a few weeks later and she did such a good job on the lift. It was quick and easy and came out great. She was very professional and easy to talk to. I enjoyed the relaxation room - the hot towels were amazing. The staff made me feel completely at ease. Shout out to the front desk person. I believe her name was Paulo. She was so nice and very attentive. The massage was deeply relaxing, and the facial left my skin feeling incredibly soft and refreshed. I appreciated that the massage therapist realized that I just wanted to relax and enjoy the silence. Some massage therapists tend to be a little too chatty for me. But everyone has their own preference. I felt that overall my experience was worth the money I paid.“
