I called set up an appointment. The estimator came out. Gave me a GREAT price. The next week I had a total Furnace and AC unit replacement. The guys did a professional job! All in ONE DAY!!!
I highly recommend this company, I had excellent service today. Rick Hurd was the Technician that came out for AC unit he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He saved us in this hot weather he came right over and did a great job explaining everything to us. He then got Chris from Sales right over to quote us and order the replacement Bryant AC unit. Rick called and came back later that afternoon and made sure we were charged up with free on so we could get through until the new unit arrives. Customer service like that deserves praise. Keep up the great work guys!

Don and Dakota were very professional and very knowledgeable. Excellent work!!!! Thompson Plumbing replaced old cpvc water pipe with pex tubing. We are amazed how fast, neat, courteous and cleanup was completed. Adam worked non-stop, gave ideas and made it all look wonderful. Thanks for the good work
