When I arrived everything was clean and quiet, my nurse Lorianne was so patient and calm with me and answered all of my questions with an honest smile. When I knocked some of my wires off brushing my teeth in the morning she was kind and understanding when reattaching them. When Pete came in to take over he was also kind and explained exactly how my day would go. He made me laugh seeing my anxiety about this test giving me real answers to my problems. I was never made to feel like an inconvenience or just another number to the staff here and cannot thank them all enough for making this process as comfotable as possible. Definitely needs a better sign at the road to find in the dark, once you get back it's fine but from the main road it is difficult.“
