This was our second time with them and each time my dog was… let’s just say less than cooperative, and the patience, creativity, and genuine kindness they showed was incredible. They tried every approach they could think of, never once giving up or showing frustration. Even when my dog was not a willing participant, they treated both of us with nothing but understanding and compassion. You can tell they truly care about the animals they work with. “I brought my long hair cat Alice here who was over due for a professional groom. She had slight matting on her stomach and neck which she wouldn’t let me brush. The lady Brandi was super kind and the great job she did makes me wish I would’ve done it sooner. It was a reasonable price that I am happy to pay for a now happier, tangle free kitty. I didn’t realize she had so much overgrown undercoat, I thought she was just fluffy. She must be 5 lbs lighter now and is 100x easier to brush and maintain! I will say it was a little difficult to get ahold of the business and it took a little bit to get my appointment set up, but it was worth the wait. I assume it is just because they are busy because of all the great reviews though! I prefer to go to a local company that specializes in cats any day versus a big commercial chain that deals with all types of pets. This was definitely a 100% cat friendly place with knowledgable people working there.“

“Great place to stop in for a quick nail trim and grind. The manager has always been friendly and smiles. The dogs are treated very well and seem happy every time I go in. They are open Tuesday through Saturday 7:00 to 3:00, and are closed Sundays and Mondays. Definitely call ahead to make an appointment if you need more done than a nail trim.“

“We came here on a referal throigh a coworker who is related to the Joslin family. We could not be happier with the services we recieved today for our 8 month old Shihpoo named Canolli. Communication throughout the process was exceptional. I was extremely nervous being a new Dog Mom still and having had a prior poor experience ar another groomer in Toledo. This was 100% everything I had hoped it would be. The staff was so personanable, kind and understanding. I felt the price point was on pare with the area market and reasonable. “We had an emergency with our 2-year-old cat, Neela, on Saturday. Our regular vet was closed, and the emergency clinic wasn’t open yet. After calling several local offices, this one was the only place willing to see us — and I’m so glad they did!

They got us in right away, and the visit was much more affordable than an emergency clinic. Dr. Emily was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything she found. She even addressed another health issue that our regular vet had never offered treatment options for. The vet tech was just as wonderful — attentive, knowledgeable, and so caring toward both Neela and us.

Because of this experience, we’re switching all of our pets’ care to this office permanently. I can’t recommend them enough!“
