Can’t express how amazing they were. Called them at 7:30pm Tuesday after I got home from work and found our water pressure was extremely low. Chris answered and said he would see me in the morning around 9am. He had my problem diagnosed in less than an hour, and the price wasn’t outrageous. I was expecting worse so I was pleasantly surprised. Chris was professional and funny not making me feel like a complete idiot 😂. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Mike came out on a Sunday checked all my well pulled the well and fixed the problem. Put it back in great service. Great guy would highly recommend him if I need work in the future he will be my to go well Guy.

Excellent company! I Recently moved to Clarkston on a well and was given Mikes number from Douglas Water Conditioning due to some concerns. Mike took my call and spent the time working through the issues over the phone with me. Then Chris came out to my place and adjusted my well system. These guys took the time and truly cared about helping me out. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend them. Being in the trades myself, I know how hard it is to even get people to answer the phone. Mike and his family are far above that!

I had a water pressure issue and called had no idea what was going on. I got Mike's number from a friend of mine and called him on a Wednesday night and he answered the phone right away. Told him my problem and he came out on Thursday to look at it and diagnosed the problem. He told me he would email me a quote as soon as possible. On Friday morning I had no water at all. When I got to the office, I had Mike's quote in my email and he indicated that he could have a crew out early in the week. I thanked him and told him I had no water at all and he called me within 45 minutes and told me he would have a crew out within the hour. Sure enough within an hour, his crew was there and also Mike and they got to work. I had water and pressure about 3 hours later. I can not express enough how great it was to work with this company and the people made it even better!!!!!! I would highly recommend Mike and Chris and all of Mike LaLone Well Service to anyone. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!! THANK YOU MIKE AND CHRIS SO MUCH!!!!!! Y'ALL SAVED THE DAY!!!!!!!

I talked to Chris on the phone he walked me through some troubleshooting to confirm my issue was in my well. He came out to my house quickly and replaced my well pump. He was very transparent with all my options and not pushy. I will continue to use Mike Lalone for my future well needs.
