Honestly, this is the second primary dr change ive done and now im onto the next. I thought this place would be urgent with care and take things seriously but I guess not. You cant even talk to your actual dr cause I guess they dont take calls??? I think its completely against medical violation that I have to tell the receptionist my whole situation thats supposed to be private cause they wont let me talk to my doctor. I dont want messages relayed to me i want to talk to my dr. The receptionist is rude and uptight and I know who it is, the dark haired, bigger girl, she had an attitude towards her workers the last time I was there as well. She needs to go.

Dr. David Pinelli has been my primary physician for well over a decade! My every visit feels as though I'm going to see a family friend for advice and comforting. They're the epitome of care, concern, professionalism and attentiveness!
Unfortunately, due some of my medical concerns I've seen quite a few physicians.
Thankfully, Dr. Pinelli has been the only physician that has taken the time to listen over the years with my ailments and he's never and I mean NEVER steered me in the wrong direction!

They NEVER answer the phone. I will call several times a day for weeks and the NEVER ANSWER!! Its extremely frustrating because I would normally have found a different PCP but I like the doctors I just don’t understand why no one answers the phone. Also, they never ask for a copay.
