Bill was wonderful the minute he walked into my house. We were just going to replace the laminate and wanted Bill to install it for us. He only asked why laminate? We told him because we didn’t think we could afford stone. Luckily he had bought some samples with him and we picked out the one we liked. He explained how when someone walks into our kitchen and they look at the top of our island their eye goes across and immediately down and asked us what we saw with the sample we had picked out.
