We have had the BEST experience with Blue Fire HVAC, in ortonville. I have been eager to shout their praises from the rooftops. After a very unsatisfactory (and that’s an understatement) experience with another local company, Brandon has been our savior. His deep knowledge and expertise is clear from the moment you start talking to him. His attention to detail and pride in providing top notch service is refreshing and commendable. Not only did he do his job well, but he also fixed allllll of the stuff the other guy did wrong (some of which were real possible hazards to our space). A late Friday night call (worst time with any of us who work long hours) , new house to my family we had no water on our second level from the boiler(no heat) . Anxious we won’t get anyone bc obviously it’s a Friday night.
Fast forward Brandon shows up within an hour! Takes a while but Brandon and blue fire small business killed it. Informed and educated how the whole system works , suggested maintenance tips and what to look for! Can not wait enough great things about them. Ready to have them back out to tie up a few lose ends soon enough. We appreciate you and hope this will help others !

Great experience! Responded very fast ! Very professional up front what needed to be fixed no hidden fees! Our heat back up and running house is warming backup as I type had to leave a review as fast as they responded! Thank you customer for life and will spread the word! Thanks again ???
