Lake Orion Fit Body Boot Camp

I’ve been looking for the perfect fit for me for a long time. I love exercising, and I need it because when I don’t work out, my body starts to hurt.
A friend of mine told me about Fit Body Boot Camp, and we decided to try the one-month trial at a great discounted price. I can honestly say I absolutely love it! I don’t even know where to begin.

The owner and coaches are amazing! They know EVERYONE by name! They keep track of any injuries or anything that may require modifications and make sure you are adjusting accordingly. They encourage, celebrate and inspire you to not only show up, but to put forth your best effort. They are mindful of your form/technique and will make sure you are doing the exercises correctly for maximum benefit and to avoid injury. These classes are perfect for beginners as well as fitness fanatics and everyone in between. Highly recommend!

I love Lake Orion Fit Body Bootcamp. The trainers are very supportive, encouraging and meet you where you are at in your fitness journey. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging and make sure you are doing exercises safely and correctly. The workouts are fun and challenging and go by so quickly! Recommend them whether you are just starting to become fit or whether you are fit and looking for a new fun challenging routine!
