EXTREMELY efficient process from the beginning you walk through the door. At the same time, you don’t feel rushed through the process of an eye exam. You leave feeling you were genuinely cared for and listened to which leads to the best prescription possible for lens or contacts. Dr. Putnam is a great provider. She has great clinical knowledge and bedside manners. She is exceptionally good with younger children and especially with children with special needs.

The eye exam went great, didn't wait that long. Then I get stuck waiting an hour to get fitted for my glasses! (I guess someone crossed my name off the list.) As I'm waiting in the waiting area by the mens eyeglasses, an employee was texting, then a short while later she took a personal phone call! I'm just always shocked when employees do this in front of customers. Maybe I shouldn't be anymore.
