Excellent. Very caring and respectful to tenants/clients. They are also a personal care agency within the Marquette Senior apartments in East Lansing, MI. This is where I found them. Staff at Marquette did not tell me there were 2 personal care agencies in the building, I found this out by accident. I quickly made the switch. It was only 5 days or so under Advisacare's assistance b4 my brother went to the hospital, but I can honestly and truthfully say that in that short time, I saw a major difference in care. This company is organized and thorough. It felt good to sleep at night knowing he was being looked after by their crew of aides.
This company in the beginning gave me the opportunity to grow. But the burnout rate is very high. They make you travel long distances for clients homes, but also provide little travel pay.I had to go on "family leave" for my significant other at the time, when they became very ill, but when I was requesting to come back they did not even email or call me. I figured I was terminated and was given no notification about it. I would never work here again.
