I have had 3 home visits upon my release from the hospital and each has been very professional: 1) Called me to make an appointment; 2) On time for appointments made; 3) Thoroughness of care; 4) Follow-up call by Supervisor. I could not be more happy with my PHP Medicare Advantage selection.

The professionals they have sent out to take care of my PIC line and infusion therapy have been stellar. Extremely competent people with good knowledge and ability to help me resolve any issues.There have been issues with appointments getting scheduled . I have had to call into the office to get routine appointments setup that they had failed to do. I would expect routine weekly appointments to be managed by them.Overall very happy with the home healthcare nurses and especially the quick response to after hours issues.
