Let’s start off by saying how Amazing Lauren is!! So informative, calming, great personality and most importantly, gave me a great Brazilian wax experience!Very clean and sanitary, I found my new wax lady! Wouldn’t dare go to anyone else!! 10/10 would recommend!Services: Body waxing

I purchased a Groupon and when trying to make a reservation I still had to pay a $15 place holder fee with my credit card. I was told that after my service I would receive a refund to my card for that deposit. For whatever reason the young lady behind the register was unable to put my money back on my card or give me a refund for my deposit. Instead I have a $15 credit towards my next appointment. My wax was great and so was the waxer. She was very nice and she wasn't rough at all. It is only because of the credit card mishap that I gave them a 4 star rating.
