I enjoyed my time at VKM. Every session, i feel energetic and a bit stronger. I feel i can do some self- defense. It's also a great workout! Instructors are great and they make sure you're okay if hurt and correct you so you can fight bad guys. They're not worried about perfection and judgement free. Fight if you have to, if in an "oh crap" situation. Weapon Defense class is my favourite and informative. I can't get enough of krav maga. Thank you VKM!!

Nissan is Awesome! I booked a facial yesterday for the first time and it was phenomenal! I have really sensitive skin so she was gentle and made me feel very comfortable. I am sold, I will be booking facials with her from now on. Thank you for your wonderful service

Male beard facial was great! Very thorough and relaxing. Even combed my beard afterwards. I would definitely recommend for men. She took her time. There was even a shuttle massage I wasn’t expecting that was an excellent touch.Service: Laser hair removal
