“I enjoyed my time at VKM. Every session, i feel energetic and a bit stronger. I feel i can do some self- defense. It's also a great workout! Instructors are great and they make sure you're okay if hurt and correct you so you can fight bad guys. They're not worried about perfection and judgement free. Fight if you have to, if in an "oh crap" situation. Weapon Defense class is my favourite and informative. I can't get enough of krav maga. Thank you VKM!!“
