I've gone to this establishment a few times and have always been impressed with the care in their service. They are kind and want the best experience for their customers. (My experience has always been for teeth whitening). Today, I got a text from Rita reminding me about a Groupon I had that expired during the pandemic. I thought it was so sweet to go the extra mile to reach out even though the business already got the money from the Groupon, whether I used it or not.
Rita is professional, easy to talk to and very thorough with explaining her service to you. And I am so pleased with the service I received. I contacted Rita right away to plan another future visit. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family. She also gives you great tips about health & wellness. I learned a few things I didn't already know. Will definitely follow her advice! I'd also like to add that the facility was very clean. And Rita wore a mask AND a shield the entire time I was there. We were the only two present in her office. Highly recommended!!
I highly recommend Body and Soul Medical and Holistic Spa. Rita, the owner, and nurse esthetician Tamika are wonderful! They are both extremely knowledgeable and kind. They will put you at ease about what to expect as they explain the different treatments and help to choose the perfect plan for you.
