“A dr that previously worked there gave me horrible information about my eyes, said I had huge cataracts but they couldn't be removed because of my age. Thankful Dr. Becraft clarified this year that they're not that bad, no need for caution other than wearing my sunglasses. Previous dr had me super worried! Glad he's gone!“

“Pleasant staff from checking in, to be taken to the back to be seen. Yes the wait time IS lesser at this office, than the St. Joseph office on Niles Road, but you get the same courteous service, at both locations.. Yes we waited an hour before my husband was called back, but what place of business isn’t short staffed, and procedures don’t always go 100% on time…. I would still give them a 10 out of 10 rating..“
