“I love Dr. Jill followed her to you from Penny's. Always friendly. Knowledgeable and listens to my needs. Her staff is fantastic. My only complaint is the number of emails and texts I receive from Pearl Vision. The it comes to paperwork, confirming appointments and reminders of annual visits. 1 via text or email would suffice. Also. When filling out paperwork, u need to make sure you can scroll in to read on phone.”

“I had such a great experience from start to finish! Everyone in the office was friendly. The eye exam was quick, and they explained every step before doing something. When it came time to pick out my glasses, the woman who helped me was absolutely amazing. She made the whole experience enjoyable. She really listened to what I liked, walked around the store with me to help me find frames that suit me, and even helped me choose colors that complemented my skin tone. She also explained all of the lens options and add ons in a way it was easy to understand. We shared many laughs throughout the process. I highly recommend this office!”
