Tiffany waited on me today an called me by name when I walked in ! She was very professional an fast. She adjusted both of my frames perfectly without even putting them on me. Perfect fit first time an also corrected my bi vocals on the one pair.Very happy with my visit with Tiffany at RX Optical in Niles, MI today 2/10/23

They gave me one price for glasses/exam package, and I even tried on the pair with them I wanted. Two weeks later after the exam said the glasses I had picked out didn’t qualify- and they were not willing to do anything regarding pricing to make up for their employee mis-quote. I walked. You should too, or you’ll pay more than you planned.@@@@Ok, after some further discussion Rx Optical has graciously agreed to work with me on the original quote- made good on it. I was very pleased after going back in and working through the new glasses process- thanks for being a stand-up company Rx Optical.

The staff is very helpful and lively and they take the time to help you pick out the right glasses to fit you I will be telling everyone about them. I want to thank them for understanding about needing my new glasses
