“Okay I'm gonna say sorry in advance for the length of this review. I had a horrible experience with a salon three years ago. They took my natural grey hair & bleached it blonde. I just wanted a toner to get the yellow out. Needless to say it had to be dyed dark again, which broke my heart. So I hesitated to go to a salon again. But then I took a leap of faith & went to Shagg. The minute I walked in I knew this was it but with who? Two beautiful ladies started saying names and then one said Faith. At that moment I knew I was in the right place. I can not say enough about this salon! But there really is no words for Faith! She was so sweet & empathetic to my fear. She took her time to do what she knew would work, and when the first thing didn't she tried something else! And I can not tell you how good if feels to feel pretty again. I even went back for low lights because Faith has a plan for my hair! It's beautiful! Not dry or damaged in any way and NOT BLONDE! Go to this salon. If your looking & scared of salons, this is your salon! I am so so happy! And I even have Faith! (Pun intended ?) Thank you to all you beautiful people at Shagg! “I was at Target checking out a few months ago and noticed the cashier’s hair style and color was gorgeous! I asked who her stylist was and she told me Kim at Alexander Chase in Wyandotte. As soon as I could, I looked up Kim’s info and scheduled an appointment for a haircut the next week. Kim has cut my hair twice since then and today I went for highlights which I LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Finding a great hair stylist is as difficult as finding a good doctor! Kim is so good at listening and doing exactly what I want, she’s kind and always makes me feel comfortable. I love her!! “We did a couples massage package and it was amazing! We got so much for a great price! The environment is small but so welcoming! It was beautifully set up and relaxing. The massage was full body and was beautifully guided. We both enjoyed our Valentines day there. Worth every penny! The parking was tight but you can park next door and walk over.“

(May 2024) I came to Holly's Healing Oasis for a massage. Holly did an amazing job! The pressure she uses is very good. I only got one massage from her so far but plan on coming back for many more! The place is very nice and comfy, she uses products that felt good. She was able to keep a conversation going without stopping working on me too which is a HUGE plus! (I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage.) And the prices are very very manageable! Thanks Holly!
I will warn you though a few hours after the massage I felt terrible. Until into the next day. I googled it and it is because of toxins stored inside your muscles being released. It was like I had the flu for a short while. But other than that I feel fantastic!“
