“Okay I'm gonna say sorry in advance for the length of this review. I had a horrible experience with a salon three years ago. They took my natural grey hair & bleached it blonde. I just wanted a toner to get the yellow out. Needless to say it had to be dyed dark again, which broke my heart. So I hesitated to go to a salon again. But then I took a leap of faith & went to Shagg. The minute I walked in I knew this was it but with who? Two beautiful ladies started saying names and then one said Faith. At that moment I knew I was in the right place. I can not say enough about this salon! But there really is no words for Faith! She was so sweet & empathetic to my fear. She took her time to do what she knew would work, and when the first thing didn't she tried something else! And I can not tell you how good if feels to feel pretty again. I even went back for low lights because Faith has a plan for my hair! It's beautiful! Not dry or damaged in any way and NOT BLONDE! Go to this salon. “This was my first time coming to StudioBella313 and I was honestly a little nervous. Not everyone knows how to work with my hair texture since I’m half Black and half Puerto Rican and I have very curly hair.

From the moment I sat in the chair, she made me feel completely comfortable. She checked with me before doing anything, really listened to what I wanted, and made sure I was okay with every step. That meant a lot to me.

She handled my curls so well and gave me a proper cut that actually works with my hair instead of against it. I left feeling so confident and satisfied with the results.
