“This was my first time coming to StudioBella313 and I was honestly a little nervous. Not everyone knows how to work with my hair texture since I’m half Black and half Puerto Rican and I have very curly hair.

From the moment I sat in the chair, she made me feel completely comfortable. She checked with me before doing anything, really listened to what I wanted, and made sure I was okay with every step. That meant a lot to me.

My appointment with Mha was very disappointing. I asked for a cleanup, but my brows were thinned out significantly and my arch was removed. When I mentioned it, I was told the tint would make them look thicker. I was also told to remove the tint MYSELF, first she said 2 hours, then 1 hour but within 30 minutes my brows were burning. When I removed it, the tint was patchy and my skin was irritated.

I returned the next day and the rest of the staff was amazing — they were kind, apologetic, and did their best to fix my brows. I really appreciated how they handled the situation.“
