“Dr Chris and his staff are phenomenal! If you're afraid of the chiropractor this is the place to go. After suffering for a few years with intense lower back pain I decided to go when my husband made an appointment. I met the team and while I was extremely anxious I made an appointment and went. Dr Chris talked me through everything he was doing and what exactly my problems were and what we needed to do to fix it. He set me up with a plan and anytime I was nervous he took time to talk with me about why and what we could do to fix it. He encouraged me and got me to the point where I can just walk in and lay down. He is knowledgeable, kind, and overall an amazing doctor. I will keep going to them as long as I can!”
“Everyone at this gym is incredibly kind and welcoming. The front desk staff is always friendly, and the childcare is truly a rare find; the childcare team is amazing, and my boys absolutely love coming with me. The workouts are fantastic, with plenty of variety so you never get bored, and there are lots of options for modifications. The instructors are energized, encouraging, and easy to talk to. Lastly, the owner is incredibly thoughtful, and it’s clear she genuinely values both her members and her employees. I’m grateful to have found this gym.”
