Thanks to Dr. Ruffin, I am in less pain and and have more movement after a fall. I tried physical therapy. I started at her office after my husband(he was going to Dr. Ruffin) asked me"Why not try Dr. Ruffin?" I am so glad I did. She is so caring and does not rush. Everyone who walks thru the door gets very best care. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Ruffin's office is high-spirited and welcoming. Bentley, her mischievous Lab, greets you every time with joy and a wag! Dr. Paula starts with a complete assessment which includes conversation, questions and imaging. She wants the full picture of your issue. Her adjustments are complete and comfortable. I walked out better than I walked in after that first adjustment...and she works to keep me that good or better with every visit. I am back to activities I had given up such as gardening, biking and kayaking. My day-to-day ops are so much easier too! Thank you Dr. Paula! I am glad my neighbor recommended you and now I will too!

I have been a patient for a few years now. I had suffered from horrible TMJ issues, back pain, and anxiety. I could not tell you the last time I had a TMJ headache and back pain is very minimal now (arthritis prevents it from being 100% painfree), but the adjustments do wonders!My anxiety started creeping up on me again, and Dr. Ruffin suggested Endura and MetaRelax by Metagenics; what a game changer!!
