“The second my wife and I called was the second he scheduled a date and time to come out and fix what needed to be done.He gave us insight on what to do and what not to do. What to look for if we ever have to work on a sink or anything else on our own.Him and his assistant/partner bother badass. They both seem like we can hit a few beers and watch sports with them. “To preface - I was a little apprehensive at first when seeing the stars and some of the google reviews.The team at More than Plumbing was assigned to my location through my AHS home warranty. I will say that they did an exceptional job in replacing my water heater. Frank (plumber) was very knowledgeable and professional, and very upfront about any cost out of pocket that AHS home warranty may not cover. Courtney (scheduler) was very transparent as well about the possible lead time to get a water heater that AHS would replace my old one with. Overall, I would say that the team did an excellent job in communicating, scheduling, and executing the replacement of our water heater.“
