Air Rite tech surpassed all my expectations. My air conditioner kicked the bucket on Monday came out same day ordered me a new air conditioning unit and installed it following day. No questions asked. The installers were courteous and very nice and I would highly recommend this company for any of your air conditioning and heating needs in Berrien county. Very professional to work with.

Jim was great, came out and told me the truth about what was wrong with my furnace, where another company totally tried to scam me. Fixed it quickly and saved me thousands. Thanks for your honesty and integrity! You will always be my go to for future problems.

Update: They fixed it at no cost to us the very next morning, and it has worked perfectly ever since. Upgrading from 1 star to 4 because they made it right in a timely fashion. Not 5 stars because one person being out of the office for the day meant the whole company was out of service. Frustrating experience was made right. Would do business with them again. ---- On the morning of December 30, we awoke to a cold home. We called Air-Right to look at our furnace and they took care of it in the same day.
