I called Don Hatfield for a job that was outside of their services. Although they couldn't provide the service, Bryan went out of his way to help me locate someone who could. I was very impressed by their willingness to help potential customers who wouldn't even provide immediate business for them.

I recently had had a Firepit installed and Hatfield handled the hook up which included installing gas hook up to our house. They technicians did a wonderful job making sure the new lines were safely put in and they were very professional. They were on time, nice and above and beyond leaving the property cleaned up. I had Chuck from Don Hatfield Heating & Cooling come out and fix my A/C split unit on a 99+ degree day in June. He arrived within 2 hours of me calling their office. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue in no time. He was able to replace the part from his stock in his vehicle and we now have cool air! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
