We had an ac unit replaced in April. Same size just swap and old one for a new one. In June we found our ac was not blowing cool air. When he came out to inspect it, he found the breaker that is on the outside of the home, was melted. The way the unit was connected was not correct. We are lucky it did not catch fire. He did rewire the connection from the main to the breaker box. But that was also done improperly. We had an electrician out and it will need to be redone. We gave Paul an opportunity to take care of that but he declined and said “take me to court”. We have no choice but to have a professional fix a non professionals work. Be very careful hiring this guy.

We had a spiders nest in my in-laws manufactured home. He swore it was the inducer, changed it, and it never worked. we had to have another company come out and fix it to just get heat and the air still won't work. He never got a meter out, and cut other wires, saying the fan speed was too high. that wasn't the case either. we still have wires bare that we can't find where they go. Stay away from this company. pay the extra and go to an established company.
