Jay and his crew did a very good job installing my new furnace. Top quality work, top quality equipment, even fixed the mistakes from the previous AC installer. Price was fair (or better than fair) and the job was completed on time around my schedule.
Tyler from Priority H&C went above and beyond for us. We were struggling to find someone to replace a furnace vent cover on our roof and ended up giving this company a call. Tyler was responsive and insisted on coming out the same day to help us out even though we were at work. A storm rolled in and flooded our neighborhood right before he came over, but he waded through the water and still replaced the vent cover (he even did some extra work to ensure it wouldn’t fall off again). Would definitely recommend Priority H&C and ask for Tyler!
Jake came to help us out with an unresponsive furnace. He made us a feel we were a priority, and worked with our schedule. While he was here explaining what our situation was, he educated us a little about unit maintenance. While we were already happy enough just to get a quick, professional opinion, the extra mile was appreciated.
