While some patients have a great experience, others may not feel as welcome. I had an appointment in March. They bill came in a few days later, and I paid the entire balance in full on the spot. Four months later, they sent me a new bill adding onto the total balance because they decided my 15 minute doctor's visit (+ over an hour's wait in an empty exam room) was actually 45 instead of the 30 they billed me for originally.
Despite two months and half a dozen calls trying to get this straightened out, Corewell remains convinced that I should pay them more money because someone decided after the fact that they could get away with charging it.
I wouldn't walk back into one of their facilities if I was dying.
Extremely unprofessional staff and doctors. They’re rude and do not listen to your concerns. Asking for a refill on a prescription takes days, and you’ll have to constantly call until they fulfill the request. Healthcare shouldn’t lack interpersonal communication.

I have been planning a wedding, and have a newborn, so I had been working all night. But I only live, like three minutes away. So I called up there and told them i'm a little bit late but i'm gonna be there. They said anything after fifteen minutes they had to reschedule.
