Have used West Michigan Lock & Door for years!! Way back when they were called King Key. They have taken care of all of the doors and locks of our church and done it in a very professional manner and a fair price. Would recommend to everyone.

From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and professional. He installed several special order locks for me, all keyed alike, and the results were perfect.
Brandon was honest, had very fair pricing, and kept me informed every step of the way. His shop is impressively clean and well organized—a great reflection of how he runs his business. He completed the job in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.
The 2 gentlemen that we dealt with were very friendly and informative. When they informed us that they did not do the service that we would need, they gave us a great recommendation to another company. The store was nicely organized and clean. We will definitely return if we need any lock/key service.
